Your Critiques work area, under the main Critiques tab in Atget Studio, contains a variety of tabs and statuses, so here's a little cheat sheet to help you find your way around.

The Critiques tab has tabs for each of your courses as well as an All Courses tab that has, well, critiques and critique requests from all of your courses.

Each course (or All Courses) have the following tabs.

Unassigned Requests

The Unassigned Requests tab contains critique requests that you can accept and begin to critique. Each has the status of Requested.

In progress

The In progress tab has critiques in the following states:

• In progress critiques are critiques that you have started but have not yet completed (that is, you have not yet sent your annotations and summary to the student).
   
• With Questions critiques are critiques where you have completed the critique, and the student has sent one or more questions about your critique.
   
• With Responses critiques are those where the student has asked questions and you have answered, but the student has not yet reviewed your responses.

Completed

The Completed tab contains critiques which you have completed and sent your response to the student, and the student has not asked questions about. If the student asks questions, you'll see the critique move back to the In progress tab with a status of With questions.

If the student does not ask questions within seven days, the Completed critique will move to the Archived tab with Finalized status.

Archived

The Archived tab contains critiques whose status is Finalized.

A critique is finalized if:

• You complete a critique, and the student views it but does not ask any questions within seven days.
   
• You complete a critique, and the student asks questions. After send your responses, the critique remains on the In progress tab with the With Responses status until the student views the responses, at which time we move the critique to this tab with the Finalized status.

If you have trouble finding what you're looking for, double-check that you have selected the right course tab at the top!
